SOLDIERS STOP APC FROM ENTERING INEC OFFICE

Soldiers and other security agencies barred the All Progressive Congress from entering into the independent national electoral committee office in protest of the November 16 election held in Anambra state An armoured personnel carrier, marked NPF 6359 C, measuring about 40-feet long was used to barricade the entrance to INEC’s office, while the driver of the truck and police officers were pelted with sachets of water by the APC youths. Outside the office the APC called for the INEC chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega to be sacked with immediate effect for his lackadaisical handling of the Anambra election which was held on November 16
