ASUU STRIKE UPDATE: STAY IN YOUR HOUSES, ANGRY LECTURERS TELL STUDENTS

thursday, the acting minister for education, mr nyesom wike warned that any ASUU member that fails to resume on wednesday, december 4th will be sacked


friday, prsident goodluck jonathan described the strike by the unuiversity lecturers as a "subversive action".

yesterday, the chairman of ASUU chapter, university of ibadn, Dr. Segun Ajiboye said parents should keep their wards and children at home as no academic activity wolud resume until the 5 year old strike is called off.   he quoted " dont risk the lives of your chioldren and wards. keep them home because ASUU wom't teach. so also, the soldiers and police deployed by the fedral government wont teach. it's a huge joke to sack our lecturers our strike must not be in vain. our students must see the results
